While our Sales Department strives to provide innovative and cost-effective vehicles, our Service and Parts departments aim to minimize downtime and provide our customers with the tools needed for success.

We are currently looking for a full-time accounting clerk to join our office staff.

Essential Duties

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operation administrative work including: setting up part numbers, data entry, and tracking orders
• Filing
• Assist with invoices and credits for A/P department
• Open/ close cash register and fill in when needed
• Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
• Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.
• Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, etc.
• Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• CDK experience A
• Must be proficient in Excel and MS Office
• Prior Accounting Experience- dealership preferred.
